5. SUPPLEMENTING
In some cases, additional damages or losses may be discovered during the repair or rebuilding process. If this happens,Your Local Claims advocate team will promptly work to ensure that these damages are included prior to the final settlement.This may include additional negotiation along with a secondary visits with your claims adjuster at the loss property.
2.POLICY/DOCUMENT REVIEW
Following our initial consultation, a public adjuster from our Your Local Claims advocate team will review your insurance policy in detail. This thorough review will help us determine what is covered and what is excluded under your policy. By identifying any potential areas where you may be underinsured, we ensure that all losses and damages are included in your claim.
Additionally, we will carefully examine all your photos, mitigation reports, plumber reports, as well as any current approved scope or denial documents related to your claim. This comprehensive assessment will allow us to develop the best strategy to move forward and maximize your claim.
With the damage assessment and policy review completed, Your Local Claims advocate team will now proceed to prepare your insurance claim. This involves meticulously documenting all losses and damages, submitting the claim to your insurance company, and/or proceeding in mid negotiating on your behalf to ensure that you receive the maximum settlement you are entitled to.Our team is dedicated to advocating for your best interests throughout this process and ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your losses.

Once the supplementing and negotiations are completed, Your Local Claims Advocate team will ensure that you receive your settlement promptly. We'll work closely with the insurance company to facilitate timely payment, and assist you in navigating the process of making repairs to your property.
